[ACARS] The Benefits of a Balanced Antenna

1/4 wave groundplane ok for VHF. Gets a bit difficult for
HF on grounds of size. On HF its hard to beat the dipole cut to the
frequency you most often use, but will receive all frequencies especially
with an aerial tuning unit.
