[ACARS] An oddity '???OZER'/ER0000

'???OZER'/ER0000

This has just come up on my rigs in the West Midlands - decoded cleanly by 
both Airmaster V3 (DOS) and Airmaster 2000 (though not 'seen' at all by 
AirNav)

It was asking for current wx data for EGFF/EGNX/EGGW. As far as I could tell 
it did not get any response, but it did not keep on asking: just twice about 
10 minutes apart

And yes: the registration as shown on the Airmaster screen did have the ??? 
characters!

Anyone any clues? I guess something that DHL are using?
