Well, we're obviously sorry to hear that.

As far as I'm aware the only issue outstanding for you is that of=
 Uplinks, as I fixed the problem you mentioned yesterday within=
 an hour of it being reported. I have sent it to you for a third=
 time.

As I've mentioned before, we have to prioritize what we do with=
 the program. Obviously there are going to be times when our=
 priorities don't always match those of another individual. We do=
 our best to put into the program whatever is requested. I guess=
 the fact that this is the only complaint we've had in a year of=
 development means we are doing rather well.
