Actually, you present two mysteries, one minor and the other a little
larger.

First off, I think that PH-HZW is MSN 29345, not 28345 as 28345 belongs to a
Saudi Arabian 777. In addition to that, the DA prefix to the flight number
is a little mysterious. It is not Transavia's and I wonder if it is not a
Boeing test number of some sort. My information is that this aircraft is
going to be registered PH-XRC before delivery.

I can find nothing for VH-VQI. VH-VOI is a B737-800 for Virgin Blue, as yet
undelivered.  The VH-VQx series have been going to B717s that went to
Impulse Airlines and are now being operated by QANTAS. Impulse/QANTAS are
going to be picking up a half dozen or so of the ex-TWA/American B717s and
I'm wondering if this is not one of those.  VQ is Impulse's flight prefix,
so that makes sense. I just wonder why a B717 is hanging around up your way,
as most of their operations take place down in Long Beach. We'll have to
wait and see about this one, I guess.
