[ACARS] AirNav ACARS Decoder

To whom ever, I use windows 98SE and a Turtle Beach
Santa Cruz sound card. Ive download the Airnav acars
and have installed it several times and it just never
ever decoded.  Yet Wcars and pdw 110 work just fine. 
Ive tried about 5 times over the month and it never
worked.  Now it says test is over. 

SOOO, Its gone from my HD.  Guess Im just an unlucky
sort.
