[ACARS] hf acars

What kind of reciever and how fine can you tune it ?

HFDL will not decode I found past about 50hz offset. 
What you need to do is "Fine tune" your reciever down
a bit.  EX,  11312.55 is what I have tuned in and it
says Freq error 60hz.  I tune down to 11312.0 and now
Im 5hz off but It decodes.
