[ACARS] HF Acars logs

PIII 1ghz and it runs superb.  I found that I do have
to run AGC at fast else it misses the header and wont
decode.  

Picked up quite a few last night. Only flight numbers
as I dont have a data base yet to find flight vs
Aircraft numbers.
