The FAA database has a B738 exported to the Czech Republic on 28 Nov 2001 
and the subsequent reservation not take up

Nick's list has this as a 'TVS' B737 / 30278 = Travel Service Airlines 
TVS/OS

SY = Sun Country who do use ACARS with that code

Only 'Q0' link tests noted
