[ACARS] I hate when that happens...

Using the ACARS decoder that comes with the Winradio Digital Suite...of
all the packages I've tried with my Winradio, that one works best....no
idea whether it's somehow optimized for Winradio output or just works
better...decode rate is only under 95% on bad reception days when
everything else is crap too (my QTH is downtown Baltimore, with a discone
on the roof of a 4 story building, I ain't gonna complain)

It was pretty good at passing info to the old Airnav 3.x, too...I could
leave it on for a week at a time no problem...I haven't bought the 4.0
Airnav yet....I think I'll wait for the .2 or .3 version to be released,
judging by some of the comments here...

One trivial bug is that it doesn't know what to do with squitters...they
come out looking....interesting....recognizable, but interesting. Also,
can't update the database, so a lot of new stuff gets unrecognized...but
if the new Airnav can decode the raw log output, then maybe that'll be a
reason to pick it up....
