[ACARS] Important: ACARS Web Site Merger

Hello

Happy to see that althought ACARSLink.com will finish we will have a
sucessor with all its important contents.
I hope also that the daily logs around the world is restored again, it
was one of my favorite features of the site.

Just a small remark: I sincerely hope that all the advertisements on
ACARS Log Analyser Software that exist on ACARSOnline.co.uk are removed
(the second button on the top links, the big Screen Shot on the main
page, and more links all over the site). I feel it is not of good taste
to try to sell a software behind what will be the biggest ACARS related
page on the internet, and just only because of that should be a
commercially independent page - no one should try to earn money because
of that.

All Log Analyzer related pages are inside acarsonline.co.uk, the zips,
the download pages, etc.

ACARSLink.com was an excellent example of what an ACARS site should be -
completely independent.

Sorry to see the site dissolved, but at least it will still live on,
albeit under another name. You folks have done a great job and will be
mentioned in my October column.
