For your information:

usually ALMOST all up- and downlinks from following carriers are on 136.925
(ARINC freq for Europe):

SAS
Finnair
NorthWest
Delta
Continental
Air Canada
United Airlines
VLM

This means that they use the other European freqs from time to time as well.
