[ACARS] About the Veteran

Hello Hans,
It would appear that EAL have taken over at least 5 of the
ex- British airways machines and have not reprogrammed the ACARS boxes to
reflect the new owner. There are a number of flights out of Manchester(EGCC)
to the USA and the flightnumbers on the ACARS are BAxxxx, eg BA0130.
Hope this helps. By the way each aircraft has a different colour band around
the body and on the engines. Up to now I have seen Red, Yellow, Pink and
Blue.
Regards
Barry

Hi All,
Herewith I am reporting you the REAL BA0443 of July 15th. The report I send
to you earlyer (with G-BDXF) was an EAL-flight. I presume it was a flight
going to KLM for maintenace (Like the beautifull looking Virgin Atlatic
747's regulary do.)Before the flight EDI-AMS it was operating ORLANDO
SFB-EDINBURGH. (Source: Nick Birrell.) I be curious to know what that Flight
id was and why they used Flight id BA0443 on their flight EDI-AMS.
