Mike,
Very interesting, the aircraft seems to be FANS or smilar equipped, as
it is sending ADS (Automatic Dependent Surveillance) messages to
Auckland ATC on the SITA address AKL CD YA. The format appears to be
similar to Eurocontrol PETALS messages we're seeing in Europe. I have
never seen even the wildest guess in decoding these...
