Using Ethereal, I determined that Airnav uses http/80 to grab info from 
www.met.fsu.edu...


The front page of the website states:

NOTE TO WEATHER DATA USERS: Current weather data will be unavailable today 
because of a hardware failure. We are working to restore service as soon as 
possible.
