[ACARS] REQ Acars with XP pro

Hi Steve and list,

My limited experience with ANAD demo on Windows XP Pro is that it
freezes the entire PC.  This apparently is quite some feat, as XP is
supposed to be very robust.

Wacars 0.7 works for me on XP, but decodes are not very plentiful. This
is due to limitations inherent to Wacars, I think.

Airmaster 2000 will not work on XP.
