Folks

Three queries

The first is SVF24 which Nick's list tells me is a Gulfstream 4SP - but
whose is it and why is it SVF24? Who is SVF? Here is a sample log

ACARS mode: 2 Aircraft reg: ..SVF24
Message label: _ Block id: 9 Msg. no: M08A
Flight id: GS0001
-----------------------------------------------------------[30/01/2002

ACARS mode: 2 Aircraft reg: ..SVF24
Message label: 16 Block id: 3 Msg. no: ^NM>
Flight id: GS0001
Message content:-

Then we have G-BIKP an (ex-) BA757 which seems to fly out of East Midlands
in the early hours to Italy - a freight flight? - using code BC7244 (a UPS
flight number). Frome here I've never managed to get a clean decode, but the
following will suffice. What is the real identity and operator?

ACARS mode: 2 Aircraft reg: .G-BIKP
Message label: 80 Block id: 2 Msg. no: M02A
Flight id: BC7244
Message content:-

Finally I heard a number of (probably non-ACARS) BizJets on Shanwick on
Saturday using codes that none of my books show. Anyone identify

On 01 Feb Flash28 MIMKU/11:08 FL430 Mach 0/80 - I assume not Nigerian Flash
Airlines
On 02 Feb WGT310 MIMKU/10:25 FL380 Mach0.77 to KTEB. Sounded German
on 02 Feb CLS0845 MIMKU/11:27 FL370 Mach0.80 - I assume not Classic Air, New
Zealand: did not sound like it!
On 02 Feb VBS290 MIMKU/19:34 FL400 (a recently available FL, together with
FL300) Mach0.78

Thanks in advance

Ed
