[ACARS] More on 136.900 in the UK

Folks

As a postscript to my email yesterday, I noted a Swiss A330 getting ACARS 
Oceanic clearance on 136.900. They do all seem to be westbound - I tried it 
c.06:00 this morning during the peak eastbound arrival over the UK and there 
was nothing at all in the Midlands

I also saw another AF flight on 136.925 - another eastbound transatlantic
