[ACARS] Laptop PCs

David,

I use a compaq Armada M300 running AIRNAV decoder via the mic input. Works
very well. Data are then given via FWD over ethernet to my main PC where
Airnav suite is running. This frees the soundcard for running PC-HFDL in
parallel. Into this soundcard one can even feed in selcall signals from my
second receiver in parallel that are processed by AIRNAV SELCALL and also
fed into the AIRNAV suite. One has to carefully tune the levels of the two
SW receivers, however.

Regards,
Peter

Subject: [ACARS] Laptop PCs

I am looking for Airnav decoder compatibility with a Compaq laptop PC and if
it will work on the Mic input of the audio card. Any advise appreciated.

Regards,
David
