well, there should be one. According to my list, Kota Kinabalu (BKI) 
had a SITA-station using "b" on 131.55 in 12/2000. So maybe they 
switched it off, or there was maintainance.

That's strange - a SITA-squitter on an ARINC-freq? Are you shure, 
that you scanner did not receive side effects from 131.55? Normally 
they don't share a freq...

Another question: there should be another station named Kuala 
Lumpur / Subang  (SZB) with letter "s" on 131.55? Did you note 
anything?
