[ACARS] New Scandinavian A340

Hi all,

Today is a national holiday here in The Netherlands, "Koninginnedag"
(Queensday). It produced the following new ones:

10:48 � SE-DIR  * � SK2591   MD-80, Scandinavian
11:57 � ECHOB   * � GS0001   Falcon 900EX
12:24 � OY-KBD  * � SK9144   Airbus A340, Scandinavian
13:19 � N757BJ  * � GS0001   Boeing 757F
20:33 � D-ALTG  * � LT001F   Airbus A230, LTU

I think the Scandinavian A340 was on it's delivery, it was due to be
delivered this month. The LTU A320 was delivered for sure, from Toulouse to
D�sseldorf:
