Actually there is an import function for aircraft (at least) on version
4. You can use the comma delimitted file from acarslink (or maintain
your own). According to Andre you simply do this:

1- Start AirNav Suite 4
2- Go to All Heard Management Window
3- Go to the "Tools" menu, "Updates", "Import Aircraft from Comma
Separated file".

After this AirNav Suite 4 database will be updated with new entries from
your file.
