[ACARS] HFDL Frequency numbers

Hi Allen,

The consensus recently was that the higher frequencies have the lower
numbers
and that there was no number 1.

I have managed to program all the frequencies from the list given on the WUN
group
into my Winradio, and set the radio up so that it cycles through all the
frequencies
pausing on each for about 70 seconds (enough time to receive two squitter
cycles).
By letting this run for  about an hour, I can see which frequencies are
active and
which are decodable.

Today, I have Auckland active on 10084 and 13354 stating using freqs 3 and
5, so
am assuming 13354 is 3 and 10084 is 5.

Others picked up today are:-
8942   Shannon
17916  Santa Cruz, Bolivia
17919  Guam
17928  Hat Yai, Thailand
17934  Molokai, Hawaii

Plus a bunch of other freqs which were not decoded.

Following Continental 737 aircraft heard on both Guam and Auckland
