[ACARS] ACARS Log Analyser - new release available now

Please believe that we are taking your request seriously.

As with all software development, we need to prioritise any fixes/upgrades.
The way we go about this is to first fix any "show stoppers", i.e. any
problems that actually stop the program functioning. Once these are
completed (and fortunately, there are few of them that sneak past the test
phase), we move on to the relatively minor problems and requested additional
functionality. WACARS support has been requested almost since the first
release of the program, which is why we decided to issue this release now.
Now we have completed that (we also want to add file write detection, but
that will have to wait for some other things to be done first), we can start
to address some of the other problems.

It's not that we don't take your request seriously. I think (and hope) that
most people who have been involved with Log Analyser have been pleased with
the level of support. The program is pretty much the result of everyone's
input.

Just to give you some idea, we have something like 30 additional functions
we want to put in (some user requests but moslty stuff we think people will
like). We have had one bug report (i.e. the one you reported in that Uplinks
are not getting recorded in Airmaster mode). Also bear in mind that we only
get to spend about 2-3 hours a week at the moment on development due to
other commitments (i.e. family and work! :-) but that doesn't mean we have
forgotten you.

Please bear with us and we will get this bug fixed as soon as possible. I
believe I am correct in thinking that the problem is purely that of the
uplinks not being recorded in this particular mode. Please drop us a line if
there's anything else that needs addressing.

Hi Mark,

Is there a possibillity to solve the problems I   discovvered? Maybe the
language isd not clear. Please tell me  what is wrong! I do not understand
why you are not taking me serieus. Sorry but there must be a
misunderstanding i think.
