If there is no one else, I monitor on Eastern Long Island.  I am just south
of the Calverton VOR (for a reference.)  I usually receive Atlantic traffic
going into JFK/EWR/IAD and I get North America traffic going into
JFK/LGA/BOS/EWR/HPN/BDL.  Don't know if that helps you any?
