I can certainly empathize with the fact hat small mailboxes can be "tested"
with large text messages. However, the footer doesn't seem that large and
provides information for people looking for information on ACARS etc. It is
really trying to provide some guidance for people looking for answers to
common questions. At least it's not filled with banner ads for AOL, Hair
Club for Men, or even Victorias Secret (well that wouldn't be as bad) :)))
