[AATV] T-282 Modifications for ATV (UNCLASSIFIED)

I am the recipient of several T-282 military transmitters (unfortunately w/o
the PS).  I have read that these were commonly modified in the early days of
ATV as transmitters in the 70 cm band.  Does anyone have information on what
modifications are needed to be done to make these usable for ATV?
