[80m] DX0JP

DX0JP was QRV this morning (NA time) on 3503.  They QSYd to 80m from 160
about at about 1250z and were running a huge mass of JA callers until I
stopped listening at 1320z.  I did not hear them work any NA during this
time.  Their Q rate was good.  I believe they began listening for NA a bit
later, but too late for the Midwest.  Anyway, it's good to see them on.
