Hi All,
Don't be so pesimistic.I know condx are much worse than past years
on 80 and 160m /my favourite band/ but still you have chances to work
quite difficult new ones.
I worked one week ago 5W0VK and yesterday A35VK on 80 meters,
both locations are very difficult from Poland /North path/ and almost
antipodes. A35VK was peaking yesterday 579 on S meter!
The main difference with past years was quite short time of good opening,
in the case of 5W0VK 10 minutes /long path/ and A35VK 30 minutes /short
path/.
BTW ,its worth to check 6 meters too /HI/ I worked in the last week of
December
15 new ones from Central America /#142 in two years/.

                Good luck in 2002!
