I plan activity in the ARRL on low bands too. NA is hard to work on any
bands so it is good chance to get more points for 5BWAS.

Please note my missing states.

40 meters: DE, ID, OK, OR
80 meters: AK, AZ, DE, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV,
OK, UT, VT, WY
