[70cm] bpl

Weak signal SSB or FM?  SSB may see some if you had a real dirty 
installation nearby.  A normal BPL installation trashes 80 MHz. and down 
depending on the vendor of the BPL hardware.  HF and 6 meters are the most 
likely to be clobbered.  In any event, a bad thing for Amateur Radio, MARS, 
SHARES, etc.
