Hi Dave, 
I have posted about this a couple of times. I am too lazy to type "Wellbrook" when I talk about my loop. 
Mark, KU7Z had this W-loop on his roof but it evidently broke the base due to wx I think. Anyway, mark mounted a new one on his roof and offered me this one which I mounted in my attic. It is an active loop that works pretty well but it is fixed at 310/130 degrees azimuth.

My TPO was 23 watts, but my EIRP is somewhere between 10 and 30 mW from my HOA roof wires.
RX was an active W-loop at 11 ft in the attic above my shack.
