MF Gang, 

I have a WSPR experiment going on for tonight. I have some of the vertical portion of my antenna temporarily above the stucco [chicken wire base] by using a 17 ft telescoping pole [with top loading wires]. 

The upper half is in the clear, so I am hoping more people will be able to decode my WSPR tonight. I think I may have improved the EIRP a little also.

This cannot be a permanent antenna setup. I have to take it down in the morning [HOA ! ]

I will be anxious to see if there is much, if any improvement.
