HI Paul and Jamie,
My F1 was set to TX on +1300 but it probably was as much as 8 to 10 hz higher. I will drop it down to ~~1200 hz for tonight.

Thanks guys for your suggestions.

Another thing to check, when you switch from WSPR to FST4-60, be sure you move down out of the WSPR sub band to the frequency range Jamie suggested.  FST4 transmissions in the WSPR sub band may not be decoded by other stations.

Welcome back Emory!! This is Jamie (N2VJ)

Generally 474.2 dial freq,....with tone freqs anywhere from about +600 to +1300 cp/s. Surprised you didn't get any response, as there is generally activity every night. Of course, there is more on the weekend.
 I'll be on Saturday Evening.
Emory, are you a member of the KHZ Slack page? It is our backchannel comms site when we are all on the air. I can have John KB5NJD send an invite to your E-mail.

Recently back on 630 meters with new antenna, previous antenna taken down in storm couple years ago.  Not finding any QSO activity, have tried FST4 calling CQ till past midnight EDT.  Set up works on WSPR, receive is good and transmit get copy from other stations at fair distances.

Suggestions on calling freq for FST4 and any other ideas appreciated.

Thank you  73
