My 23 watts of TPO becomes only about 6 mW EIRP [at best, theoretically] and is most likely about half of that due to absorption by the top wires laying on the shingles. The good news is that I was putting out about 4 dB LESS last year at this time, so I am optimistic about this fall/winter season.
