Well, last night was not a bust because my 630m wspr was heard by ONE station outside of Utah. It was ND7M in southern Nevada. 

I was also heard by 3 Utah stations within about 30 miles. 

Perhaps the band is not ready to open up yet, not sure, but I am going to try it again tonight.
