My TPO is around 8 watts with an estimated EIRP of about 2 mW.   Dont let your HOA stop you from getting on 630m!!!    My top load wires are laying on the shingles and my vertical section is only 10 feet. 

My ground is a 5 ft pipe + a wire over to a handrail about 20ft long. Where there's a will .....
