Looking at a month's worth of data for 630m (2783 decodes), I sometimes decode signals as weak as -26 to -27. Weaker than that, most are garbage. But I had 8 good decodes at -28, 1 at -31 and 1 at -33. Similar numbers for 2200m.

I am wondering what the weakest SNR report anyone has seen with FST4-60 on 630m [or 2200m also?]

One of the guys in our Ogden ARC asked that question tonight on our net.
