Conditions seemed average as I didn't hear many stations. Perhaps it is just low activity.

My little beacon TX is now stable (I hope). A U3s is followed by a small class E "booster" amp to give me an estimated 250 mW EIRP. (subject to the usual +/- 20 dB uncertainty) It has been mover from the test bench to the operating position. It should be running full time until it either breaks or I need the space for something else.

I am considering putting the U3s back in the salvage box and bringing up one of my TS-590's so I can run FST4W-120. Not sure if it's worth the effort since few people are interested in the now mode.
