Wow, Larry. Those are awesome results, especially to VE3 and KL7. 

Last night I used my inverted LV over one of the peaks of my roof for RXing. I tuned it with a tiny loading coil [somewhat 'stealthy']. My reception only netted N6LF at a best of -18. So far it appears that the LOTW hears better.

This morning I wspr-ed about 100mW of TPO into the resonant inv-LV and immediately was heard by KA7OEI-1 at about 6 dB better than when I used the LOTW for TXing.  I cant wait until tonight to see if anyone else can decode my 'micro-watts' of EIRP [or whatever EIRP I am getting out with...hard to estimate at this time].

Still fooling with a "booster" amp for the U3s. Last nights run was with an estimated 150 mW EIRP. Power drifts up and down a littl due to the antenna tuning drifting with temperature. I hope to finalize the amp today and set it all up for a long term run.
