[600MRG] FST4 60 settings?

I have a copy of WSJT-X 2.5.4 running with mode FST4 and T/R 60 s. Last 
night I could see a very clear signal multiple times in the waterfall 
that others were reporting as FST4 on Pskreporter, but I got no decodes 
at all. The audio level in is good, and my PC's clock time is within 0.4 
sec (a bit slow due to SDR processing time). Other copies of WSJT-X are 
running on the same PC and are getting good decodes of WSPR and FST4W 120.

Is there any other critical setting for FST4 in WSJT-X I might be missing?
