[600MRG] wspr RX's on 630m

Thanks Neil and congrats on another good night.

I am revising my EIRP up to something between 0.5 and 0.75 watts due
to slighter higher TPO.  My current meter is not graduated very well
or linear for such low current measurements so there is some guess
work compared to the levels I normally operate at.   System impedance
tends to wander a bit at the lower power level and the PS teeters on
going into and out of current limit based on where I have it set.
Needless to say, it is more stable at slightly higher power levels.
