[600MRG] w0yse Monitoring F2 after 0300z

I will be montoring F1, F2, FW5 and wspr tonight AFTER 0300z.
I am sacrificing FW2 due to limited screen space.

I will be TXing wspr on the 10's tonight to allow for more reception of these four modes.
