[600MRG] quite a remarkable pre-dawn on 630m CW on Summer Solstice

Very good band conditions this morning on 630m CW. N9RU and I have
maintained a standing sked around 474.5 kHz each morning and for the
first time for us, it has continued with just a few missed days in
June.

Normally noise dominates by the end of the first week of June and we
are going through the motions up to that point but signals were at
armchair copy levels today.

Tom also made it into my RBN node all morning.. At the moment I
appear to be the only active 472 node in the world, down from about 12
nodes last season. I suspect they will be back along with a few that
come and go all year in EU.

Also encouraging are reports that 472 WSPR has picked up after a deep
lull for over a month. Guys are reporting higher activity, which is a
good thing. I have gotten myself lost in a software "versioning hell"
at the moment so I have to get that problem resolved before I begin
monitoring again.

good times... if you are up between 0900z and 1000z, please join us on
CW. Post spots to DXSummit. SOme people find us because they see the
spots and the curiosity gets the best of them. the more, the
merrier... try to ring the bell on my RBN node and join us in SLACK so
we can coordinate a QSO.

This mornings audio available on request.

73!
