[600MRG] Modes & Frequencies

I was wondering if I could get some clarification on what modes are used 
where. Having read several sources on the net I can see a LOT has 
changed since I was last on 2 years ago and there are differences of 
opinion.

It is also my understanding that JT9 has been replaced with FST4-60 or 
FST4-120. Are both of these modes used or is one used primarily? Also 
what frequency range should this mode be used in? I want to start making 
QSO's again.

And as far as CW goes, what frequency range is used and is there a 
calling frequency?
