Phil,
The solutions offered so far will certainly be the simplest. By why not
step forward a generation or two and use a synthesiser?
You could build your own, but one of the simplest, designed specifically
as a 'crystal replacement' is the Progrock, by QRP Labs:

It can be pre-programmed (without a computer) to provide three
independent outputs between 3.5 kHz and 300 MHz.
