[600MRG] 630m WAS List 13Dec21 attached ... new format

Our 630m WAS List 13Dec21 is attached. Weekly Station list updates are 
posted here Monday afternoons.

Note that [2200m] has been added to stations in our 630m list which are 
also participating in 2200m QSOs.

Thanks to everyone who provided suggestions, information and support.

Our 630m & 2200m WAS QSO station list format has a new format:

... State names have been removed to provide more space for station 
information.

... Station listings have been reordered based on latest QSO dates.

... All stations will continue to be listed regardless of QSO dates.
