Hi,

I've had power supplies trip with the high peak current as the amplifier 
keys (this is on 630 m), and found an acceptable solution to be adding 
intentional resistance in the DC supply lead. I used an 0.23 Ohm 10 W 
resistor, but a length of appliance wire will also do the trick.

It makes no obvious difference to the power output, and if you're 
worried, just wind the power supply voltage up slightly. My experience 
was with a 100 W 12 V Class D amplifier and a 30 A power supply.
