[600MRG] Best receiver settings

I have countless hundreds of hours hunting for optimum settings on 630
and 2200m. I use a Softrock Lite II SDR. Software is HDSDR. I
consistently find best S/N and more weak stations decoded using AGC FAST
and two noise blankers (RF and IF in HDSDR).

I should probably note that most of the time I have strong 120/60 Hz
impulse noise that must be blanked, else S/N suffers regardless whether
I use AGC or not.

I suspect optimum receiver settings depend to some degree on local
conditions.
