[600MRG] Unidentified intermittent signal observed near 475.970 kHz

I've just seen 3 consecutive cycles of the signal since your email
arrived but its very weak, weaker than I have seen it all day:

Please excuse the crudeness of the image. Ive air brushed out KE7A
and K5DNL WSPR, both of which are probably 20 dB stronger than the
signal in question.
In the image, the signal resides within the bounds of the painted
lines... at the bottom is the wide band component and just South of
1800 you can see the persistent signal which, at the moment, looks
more like CW than it has since I've been observing the signal. Its
completely inaudible at the moment.
Appreciate you looking. Perhaps more details will become available.
If the signal is originating from a ham, perhaps they will see this
discussion and speak up.
