[600MRG] [rsgb-lf-group] UA4AAV transmitting JT9-10 on 137.13 kHz

It would be interesting to listen for him, but I think it's too
early for all but VO1NA. Sunset here is not until 2125z on those
days. I know LF signals can appear before sunset but at that
distance it seems unlikely. I will try anyway.

Propagation has been very poor so far this season.
